The environment is a limited resource. Its use should not only be rational, but also sustainable. Environmental law is a recent legal discipline that seeks to regulate human activities to ensure the right of everyone to an adequate environment for their development and welfare.
Mexico has signed several international copyright treaties that are legally binding compliance under its jurisdiction.
